證書查詢 Certificate Query
1.證書編號為必填項，其它兩項輸入任意一項即可查詢。

2.本系統僅支持查詢由香港職業及專業技能提升計劃項目中心頒發的人才認定和評價類證書。

3.如果您的證書已經發放一段時間依舊無法查詢，請您將自己的姓名、證書編號、有效身份證件號碼等信息收集好，通過電話與我們聯繫，我們會及時處理。
3. If your certificate has been issued for a period of time but still cannot be queried, please collect your name, certificate number, valid ID number, and other information, and contact us by phone. We will handle it promptly.
