Associate - Operations - Business Analyst
Job Duties:Responsibilities:- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of project initiatives which affect client services operations related in cash and derivatives trading, on areas including but not limited to business and client impact assessment, system changes requirements, workflow streamline, low or no code solution designs of these relevant changes.
· Build solutions with low-code platform and Power Platform for process enhancement and automation.
· Proactively engage internal stakeholders including gathering requirements from a broad array of external and relevant business users and IT professionals and documenting the required specifications and end-to-end user journeys for the new operational model.
· Review the specifications delivered by external technology partners to ensure compliance with the requirements of the business.
· Coordinate and participate in project updates, brainstorming and design sessions as needed.
· Keep abreast of latest industry trends and best practices in design and user experience domains to identify new opportunities and innovative ideas for improving our products and processes.

Requirements:
Qualifications - University degree or above.
· 3+ years working experience in finance and equity trading business, client support experiences in trading platform with client centric mindset and adaptability.
· Preferably to be technically savvy and have strong experience in client reference data handling, automated testing tool and good understanding of trading platform and market practices environment.
· Good understanding on Hong Kong and Mainland stock markets (e.g. Trading, settlement, Stock Connect). Knowledge of the cash and derivatives market, and its corresponding client operations and regulations would be an advantage.
· High agility with growth mindset; a self-starter, team player and good communicator with sound judgment and good problem-solving skills.
· Analytical thinker as well as solution provider with a can-do attitude.
· Experience in business transformation execution. Experience in agile methodologies and design thinking is a plus.

Operation Manager - Assistant Vice President - Enterprise Systems Operations - IT
Job Summary:
The Enterprise System Operations team under System & Network Operations department is responsible for managing the round-the-clock, 24x7 operations of HKEX enterprise systems. We play a critical role to ensure high system availability of Markets, while we will continuously enhance the team to support our future business need.
Job Duties:
As an Operation Manager, you are in charge of our shift operation team resources to ensure high efficiency and integrity of our daily system operations supporting both internal users and external parties. You will be responsible for developing your team with new skills and processes over a transformation journey. You will be managing key operations responsibilities, including incident handling, escalation, operation acceptance of key system rollouts or system releases and business continuity plan execution. according to the industrial best practice.
Responsibilities: - Drive the team to achieve the continuous service improvement objective(s), by regularly review and modernize the team process/workflow and enhance the team performance/efficiency.
· Ensure smooth, effective and efficient systems operations for both daily BAU operation including post critical system change.
· Ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and met, including internal customers satisfaction objectives.
· Team resource management for system operations including severe weather and failover events.
· Plan and arrange proper training and staff development for the team to improve their skillsets and knowledge, to support upcoming changes on team structure/process/workflow.

Project Manager - AVP - Program Delivery - IT
Job Summary:
An experienced Infrastructure Project Manager is required to manage various infrastructure projects within the IT Division. The successful candidate will primarily lead a numbers of network infrastructure related projects of various sizes. The incumbent will also work as part of a programme management team to ensure standardizations of project management framework as well as good coordination between different IT projects which are completing with one another for resources. The role involves close liaison with network engineers, application teams, internal business users, as well as vendors and manufacturers.
